Our story

Mi Pan Bakery was born as a result of the 2020 pandemic. After losing his culinary job due to a global pandemic, the founder, Alejandro Gomez transferred his skills and passion for baking into a small business that would later turn into a staple at local farmers markets and pop-ups.


Our SPECIALTY

To remain consistent in using quality ingredients and traditional techniques is one of our core values. To create a memorable experience; bread is the ultimate comfort food, and we love that we can share that feeling with our customers.

We have a philosophy of balance—a balance of old techniques and new ones, of different ingredients and flavors, and passion and skill.
